Susan was so helpful. My house had been on the marketfor a while with no activity. I called Susan and after explaining my situation she came up with a plan of action and explained why people were not seeing my house. After signing with Susan she took control and even had the house recleaned at her expense. She started marketing and also had clients that wanted to see the house. We were having showings quickly even though it was at the end of the year during the holidays. We had the house sold within a few months.
